Shipping & Returns

Return Policy:

There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items.

Discontinued and WSL (While Supplies Last) items are "final sale" and not eligible for return

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

Returned product to be received by Scrub Authority within 30 days of delivery on your order.

The garment(s) must be in their original condition:

        1. Unwashed
        2. Unworn
        3. Unaltered
        4. With tags attached
        5. In their original polybags (A $1.00 per garment fee will be assessed for each piece returned without its polybag.)

​Please follow this link to request an RA. Once one of our team members reviews the request, we will be in touch with you with the RA number if the return falls within our return guidelines. If a return authorization number is not issued, we cannot accept your return. Please mark the outside of the container clearly with the RA number. In the event of an unauthorized return, your items will be donated with no credit.

 

Shipping Policy:

Orders typically ship within 48 hours from the day it is placed, and expedited orders will ship same day if placed before 10:00AM Mountain Standard Time.

We ship from multiple vendors. Shipping charges may vary accordingly. 

Scrub Authority provides Free Shipping for orders over $250 via UPS Ground

  • Orders must be shipping to one location in one shipment.
  • If an order is over $250 but the order is marked to ship as available and there are multiple shipments:
    • Free shipping will apply to the first shipment
    • All subsequent shipments will be charged shipping costs

We drop ship directly from the majority of our manufacturers' warehouses so we are unable to ship on 3rd party accounts.
